By clicking “I/ We Agree” and for the intangible value I/ we will gain by being granted a revocable limited license to use the VSM Platform, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficient of which I hereby acknowledge, I/we agree as follows:

1. I/we have read, understand, and agree to the Terms-of-Use Agreement and that my/our click here is my/our electronic signature to that Agreement.
2. If I/we will or have ever broadcast on the VSM Platform, I/we hereby irrevocably give VS Media, Inc. my/our permission, and grant VS Media, Inc. the right, to film, record, and photograph me/ us.
3. I/we hereby irrevocably (a) assign VS Media, Inc. my/our entire interest in and to all content or materials (the "Performer Content") that I/we post, submit, publish, display, stream, broadcast, or otherwise transmit through this VSM Platform, including all copyrights and other intellectual-property rights in that Performer Content, including all registration, renewal, and reversion rights, and the right to sue to enforce those copyrights against infringers; and (b) waive all claims I/we may now or later have in any jurisdiction to so-called “moral rights” or rights of droit moral with respect to those Works.
4. If I/we will or have ever broadcast on the VSM Platform, I/we hereby grant VS Media, Inc. and its affiliates, and each of their respective direct and indirect successors, licensees, and assigns, the right to use my/our name, image, likeness, voice, and biographical and professional information, including information I/we provide VS Media, Inc. and any other information about me/us that is publicly available, in connection with the Performer Content and my/our use of the VSM Platform and any adaptations, including to advertise and promote the Performer Content or any product or service that features or includes at least some Performer Content, in whole or in part, as provided by me/us unmodified or as adapted.
5. I/We hereby consent to VS Media Inc.’s collection and processing of personal information about me/us that may be required to enable my/our use of the VSM Platform.
